We Fight to Win We Fight to Win Free ticket review
Start to finish

How fighting your ticket actually works.

Four steps. You do one of them, and it takes about two minutes on your phone.

The four steps

Nothing is mailed. Nothing is queued.

01

Send us the ticket

Take a photo of it with your phone and upload it, or text it to us. We need the citation, the court or bureau it names, and the date. If you have already lost the ticket, we can usually find the matter with your license number and the date.

02

We review it and quote you

We look at what you were actually charged with, which court or bureau has it, and what the realistic outcomes are. Then you get a flat fee, in writing, before you commit to anything. If we do not think fighting it is worth your money, we will tell you that.

03

A licensed attorney takes it from there

A New York licensed attorney is assigned to your matter and handles the appearance, the adjournments and the negotiation. You do not go to court. You do not mail anything in.

04

You get told what happened

Court dates, adjournments, and the outcome, by text and email as they happen. Not a portal you have to remember to check.

No mailing in your ticket. No showing up in court. No taking a day off work.

On the day

What happens on your hearing date.

You are not there. An attorney appears on your behalf. Depending on the court, the matter may be heard that day, adjourned, or resolved before the hearing. You get told either way, the same day.

How long it takes depends on the court or bureau that has your matter and on what you were charged with. Adjournments are normal and are usually a good sign rather than a bad one.

What we need from you.

A photo of the ticket

Both sides, readable. Your phone camera is fine.

Your licence number

So we can find the matter if the citation is missing.

Any other open matters

Recent convictions change what is realistic.

What you remember

Anything about the stop. Small details matter at a hearing.

What it costs, and what if it does not go your way

What we promise.

We do not guarantee outcomes

No attorney can, and you should be careful with anyone who says otherwise.

What we do promise

We will look at your ticket properly before you pay us anything, and tell you honestly what we think the realistic outcome is. If we do not think fighting it is worth your money, we will say so. If you hire us, the matter gets handled properly and you get told what is happening as it happens.

Two minutes now, or a guilty plea you cannot undo.
