5. Document security
Images of citations and related documents you upload are stored on secure servers with 256-bit encryption to protect the confidentiality of your documents.
6. Your choices
Text messages. You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT-OUT to any message. You may also opt out by calling or emailing us using the details below. See our SMS Terms.
- Email. You may unsubscribe from non essential email using the link in any message.
- Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting and record keeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
